Tried booking Jumanji but the website kept saying there was an error, the seats kept disappearing each time as if it had been booked, after 3 attempts I gave up. My boyfriend also tried but failed. The website also glitched to the wrong cinema on the payment detail page. WebWhy is the cineworld app and website still not working correctly. Let's you go so far then says there is an error and doesn't book. Have tried since Tuesday and never worked and ending up booking over the phone which took 32min and now trying to book another movie tonight and still same error. What is happening?
