When the renter has signed the lease agreement and moved into their unit, they soon discover that the amenities offered are nowhere to be seen. WebWe used Flipkey via TripAdvisor. We rented a villa and the owner claimed that there was a missing towel. We were unaware of this allegation and were on a long haul flight. When we returned home Flipkey had given our $100 deposit to the owner to pay for the towel.
