Webb13 sep. 2024 · If you are set to target MBB at a later stage - then I suggest to stay in consulting. Tech can work too, but PE to consulting is a more difficult transition. In terms of the firms you listed - ADL and A&M make more sense to me. However, you should check how they align with your past work and present interests.

WebbBut it does not make it 'easier'. I think you would want to avoid long implementation work if you want to get into MBB, otherwise check out BCG Platinion, or something similar in McKinsey (not sure if McKinsey Digital does regular tech consulting). But really, 1-2 years in B4 won't make it easier to get in. Your chances are more influenced by the position relative to your peer. If you are from a top MBA, it will be easier than from a non-name undergrad.
